When am I billed each month?
Scout runs surveys and pays respondents at the start of each month, so we require upfront payment.
How many responses are included in my package?
We start with a minimum of 600 responses for the first month that match your category. We then collect a minimum of 200 responses per month from month two onwards.
What are the contract lengths?
We offer quarterly and annual contracts, which can be paid monthly.
What markets do you offer brand tracking in?
