Can I track multiple categories?
You will be billed per category, but we offer discounts for customers who track more than 2 categories.
When will I be invoiced?
You will be invoiced at the start of each contract.
What are the contract lengths?
We recommend a 12 month contract, but can arrange quarterly and monthly packages.
Are there any setup fees?
There is no setup fee for 12 month contracts. For quarterly and monthly, we will require an initial pulse of 600 responses to maintain a 3 month rolling average.
How to add-ons work?
For additional competitors and statements, we charge on a per item basis.
